If you remember the seasonal show “Gossip Girl,” then you should be familiar with the actress Leighton Meester. It wouldn’t appear as if any other type of hair color apart from the brunette was natural for her, but the brunette was a dye she used to fit into her role in the movie.

Naturally, she rocks blonde hair and the constant dying to brunette may have been both harmful to her roots and inconvenient as well. However, it may have been a small price to pay for the fame and success she achieved through the iconic show.
